Information on Interstitial Cystitis/Bladder Pain Syndrome

There are three patient advocacy groups with helpful websites.  The IPBF is a particularly good source for current scientific literature.  The ICA has high quality patient education materials and they also sponsor pilot clinical research trials.  The ICA has been very effective in lobbying Congress for large scale research funding.  Dr. Payne has been a member of the Medical Advisory Board of the Interstitial Cystitis Association for many years.  Many patients have found the ICN Community to be an effective source of support and information.  Check out their App for dietary management of bladder pain.
